Welcome to Tri-County Primary!As principal of Tri-County Primary School, I feel truly blessed to be the instructional leader of such a wonderful school community. The administration, faculty, and staff have a vision of providing the best educational opportunities for our students. Our goal is to provide a safe loving atmosphere that allows all students to gain the foundational skills that are necessary for students to be successful at the elementary, middle, and high school level. We work hard to ensure that every child and parent will have a positive educational experience at TCP.
TCP educates students in Preparatory Kindergarten through second grade. We pride ourselves on our family and student relationships. Together we are a team, building a firm foundation for tomorrow’s leaders. We are proud to have been recognized by Indiana’s Department of Education as a Family Friendly School. This is in thanks to our wonderful staff, parents, and community who consistently reach for high expectations, believe in fostering positive relationships and share a common respect for education.
We believe our students must acquire 21st-century skills in order to be prepared for and successful in their futures. Our students are one-to-one with iPads or Chromebooks, and our teachers work hard to integrate technology into our curriculum. Students also have access to our STEAM Lab which allows them to plan and create projects focused on science, technology, engineering, the arts, and math. It is wonderful to see these young learners collaborate with their peers and use critical thinking skills.
